Our product range, of which around 50% is exported, consists of high quality woven and knitted velvets in dobby and jacquard technology as well as dobby and jacquard flat-weaves, which all are used in the automotive industry. In the market segment of mass transportation , which is mainly provided with woven materials, Schoepf cooperates with the most internationally renowned rail and road vehicle producers.
The manufacturers of agricultural as well as construction and industrial vehicles, also form part of Schoepf’s customer base and are supplied with high-elastic and mouldable (vacuum formable) raschel velours. As a systems supplier we do not only offer piece goods that are used as seat covers or interior trimming ( side panels, roofs or curtains) but also ready made curtains, headrests and removable seat covers that are supplied to the vehicle manufacturers on the one hand and to various public transport companies on the other hand.
Our exceptionally extensive know-how re fabrics results from the creative competence of our highly qualified designers as well as our complete production process. As such, we do not only weave the fabrics, but also finish them in- house, i.e. dyeing, coating etc.
