Rail

The fabrics produced by Schoepf from the rail sector not only conform to many normal fire standards (EN 45545-2, DIN 5510-2, NF-F 16-101, BS 6853, UIC 564-2, etc.), but are also available in various compositions of the wear layer. Customers can therefore select the appropriate wear layer to determine the tactile properties of the seating.

All Schoepf materials for the rail sector are characterised by their permanent flame-retardant properties (5x machine wash at 40°C on the Delicates setting pursuant to the SBB standard), nevertheless, with excellent grip properties, high abrasion resistance and excellent performance with up to 400,000 Martindale rub tests on request.

If customers have a specific requirement that deviates from the standard product (e.g. stain protection properties), we will accommodate the request within the available budget.
